Storiicare is a care management software whose mission is to set the gold standard for person-centred care, globally.
Our Founder, Kumba initially took on this project when then ‘Storii’ was in the initial start-up stages. Working with the Founder, it then became known that the brand should be divided into two halves: StoriiCare & Storii.
1. The challenge faced by the client
The challenge faced by the client was that they were disrupting the industry with a new technology solution which had never been sold to the care sector before. The care sector is a difficult industry to represent online with a new fresh perspective, particularly with a start-up brand who were creating a brand presence from scratch with a limited budget. The goal was to work alongside the sales team to generate leads and maximise B2B sales.
2. The strategy / tools we used
We had to create two separate voices online for each tier to the business, which involved collaborating with branding specialists to get the voice of each side of the business perfect. This was then translated to the digital landscape via the brands social channels.
To achieve this, we utilised a broad range of online/offline marketing activities including:
- Social media management/advertising
- Utilising digital marketing techniques - SEM, PPC, SEO and Content marketing with guidance from the company's CEO
- Data analysis (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Using Photoshop to create imagery for ads/social posts
- Identifying and converting PR opportunities, both online and offline
- Lead generation campaigns
- Working closely with sales team to monitor/nurture inbound leads
- Design and develop email marketing campaigns using MailChimp
- Networking and events
- Identify new influencer relationships and manage outreach campaigns
3. The results
We grew the brand’s online presence to over 20,000 followers, the engagement followed. The brand was successfully set up to represent the two separate tiers of the business. The imaging was established, implemented on the website and reflected successfully via the digital platforms.
We also helped to create a impactful video which was then used as a cinema advertorial to boost awareness of the brand.
